It's not that if you are a good and capable person, you don't have to prepare for tests, interviews. Likewise, you might be lucky to get selected for the first time, otherwise, you will usually have to work hard for it and go through these steps several times. Therefore, instead of dropping out, the test should be seen as the science of the interview and worked on so that your qualifications can do it right.

Personality vs Education

Your personality and your education are two fundamental elements of the interview. There are a lot of things in personality. First of all, your mind must be present. Make sure to deliver the basics of the interview, like yourself and the required papers, instead of the interview on time. 

Some people forget the necessary documents at home. And they go out there and say we didn't know, or we weren't even told to bring these things. Take all of your credentials, personal data, food, and other certificates with you. If you have an essay, authoring, or research work and the work is of the same nature, take it with you whether or not you are asked to.

Then there is your personality, your appearance, your clothes, etc. I think those who go to the interview have so much sense or direction from all sides that they should choose good clothes. Clothing should not be too oversized or weird. The color should not be too prominent and different. There is an equal risk of a good and a bad impression. If there are clothes, arrange vests, etc. Even better if there is a coat of paint.

Interview room entry

Getting into the interview room, going out, sitting down, talking are all very important. When you leave, say hello, don't try to shake hands. Have a little smile on your face. Be perfectly normal and natural. I have to laugh, laugh, no problem, it's not like you have to be very serious. In fact, there are people like you in front of you, so don't be afraid, just talk in a good mood and be confident. Do not make gestures or gestures that show your anxiety.

Get rid of the fear in you. There is a general fear that the preparation for the test, which arrived here with such difficulty, will not be chosen now, and then a new one, as well as economic conditions and fear of the future frighten the man. You decide in your life, not just in the interview, that I have nothing to do with economic conditions, domestic issues, or hardships until I reach a good place.

Get rid of the fear that if you stay in the interview you won't know what's going to happen. Nothing will happen even if you stay. I had an interview with a speaker, I had given several test interviews before that. 

During the test my hands were shaking even though the whole test came in, only the fear that if this test is not cleared, I don't know what will happen, at home, in the company, in the future, all these things scared me, as well as this fear. The situation was similar during the interview. I stayed in the interview. But Allah has given a better job than this. Therefore, do not worry too much about a particular job to get it, but there may be other sources of sustenance. Allah has promised sustenance and not for a particular job.

I have my own experience and many friends have said that their jobs are done without referral or money. Recommendation and money are nothing compared to merit, so pay attention to merit and don't pursue such nonsense and ideas. It's not just the money and the referrals etc. don't work at all, they also have a role to some extent. But trust God and focus on your abilities, your abilities will lead you to further improvements and not bring you down.

Specialties

After all, you know. One of the specialties of knowledge is knowledge of the subject in question. Preparing the topic is also very important in the post-test interview, as you may not be able to respond immediately if you fail to update things. The Interviewer reaction

Think of the interviewer is your friend. Psychology has a profound effect. When you think he has done something dishonest or that he is my enemy, such psychology will take a toll on the interview. So consider him a friend and mingle with him. Don't clash with the interviewer, don't be stubborn. Even if something is wrong, express it correctly. Nothing will stray from your emotional action and nothing will be left to you. Military issues, sensitive things, the terrorism situation, political affiliation are all things that need to be answered very carefully.

One of the most important things is that you can change the direction of the interviewer in the right direction. For example, if something doesn't come up, try giving a short answer. But if something does arise, start responding to it in detail. More detail will come out of this detail and your interview will go in the direction you are familiar with. When introducing myself, don't mention anything you don't know much about. The state of your memory, your research, and your writing are such that if you are good at it you can describe it better and then mention it well.
